We live in an age where Therapy is not glorified enough and mentioned within the household. And, if it is mentioned it is not always in the best light. God created us to help one another and to be able to receive counsel from each other. Yes, we find ourselves doing the opposite. Why is that? Let me tell you why. Culture has made it negative to seek help, it makes you seem weak and incapable, and the word I hate the most is CRAZY. But, all of this is a false narrative given to us. We have to embrace that we cant do this life alone. We cant.
